A sensorial routine planning tool for children with autism
Overview
The goal of this two week project was to develop a relevant product around the topic of sound design.
Ivy is a sensorial routine planning tool for children on the autism spectrum that utilizes sound and texture to facilitate daily activities and aids in the communication between them and their parents.

Research and ideation was truly group work. Some of my specific roles during the project: Sketching, 3D modelling, Rendering, Protoyping.

Challenge
Children with autism spectrum disorder often like routines and rituals.
Planning ahead for transitions and changes to their daily routine is essential.

Stickers are a subtle reminder of the activity of each pebble.
Each pebble has a time control for each activity.

Ivy supports Anna during routine transitions.
She can squeeze ivy and listen to the melody of the day.
